Today is by far my BEST day on the HCG Diet so far!! I think that it is a combination of a lot of reasons why it has been so good. For sure, the vitamin B Complex drops have SAVED me! Just after lunch I started to feel like I have been feeling every other day and I took another dose of the drops. Within 30 minutes I was cleaning my house and mopping my kitchen floor. By then I had taken around four doses within yesterday and today. So I know that it really helps. I'm sure grateful. I was wondering if I could finish the course.
I made an interesting connection today. I'm wondering if my small set back on the scale yesterday has to do with the coconut oil that I smeared all over my arms and legs the day before. My skin was ready to peel off it was so dry (: not really :) but it was dry. Anyway, I looked on HCGInfo.com and they said that you could use coconut oil for dry skin. But I'm thinking it might not be the best idea.
So today is a good day. I woke up and I had lost a pound. And I have been able to function great today for the first time in a week. It feels really good.
My goal is to hit the 132 pound mark by tomorrow. Here's Hoping!!
